ROVA - Shipping And Refunds Policy
- Each Partner will provide us with their individual Return, Refund, Shipping Policies at the time of
onboarding. They will also provide us with their individual size guide. We will hand out a detailed document
where the Partner will have to fill up the following details
- The Platform will only act as a medium of communication between the customer and the Partner
- In the case of a refund/return, a suitable credit note will be issued to the Partner. You will provide
refunds and adjustments that you are obligated to provide under the applicable Refund Policies and as
required by Law, and in no case later than thirty (30) calendar days following the obligation arising
